About This Project

It isn’t the first time I’ve been to Fraser Island, but it’s the first as a family, well almost a family.  Unfortunately Yasmin wasn’t able to join the girls and myself due to work commitments, but we decided to love the heck out of it to make up for mum not being around.  And Fraser did it’s best to accommodate putting on mostly good weather for us.

For mid-winter, we were blessed being able to hit the water most days, whether it was swimming, paddling on the SUPs or fishing.  You’ve gotta love QLD for that.  Woongoolba Creek, Lake Mackenzie and Eli Creek were the clear standouts providing vistas that will stay in our memories for all time as some of the beautiful we’ll see anywhere.  Definitely worth a visit.
